Dr. Hay: We have a very soothing atmosphere. We work on a lot, and I have for as long as I’ve been in practice, worked on a lot of fear patients. We go the extra mile to put patients at comfort, so we have deep sleep sedation available. A lot of people are able once they’ve met us and tried us can do it just the old-fashioned way and have a good experience.

Man 1: As I was aging, everything was just changing real fast in my mouth and I had a lot of deterioration. I got to where I never smiled as much and you’d cover your mouth and things like that. He removed some teeth and put the bone graft in and then I come back and started on the implants. The whole experience for me has been a good experience. I’d recommend them to anybody.
Woman 2: My grandson looked at me one day and he told me my teeth were ugly. And it kind of hurt my feelings a little bit, so I didn’t smile as often. I just put all my trust into Dr. Hay. When he went back there he explained everything that was wrong in my mouth and he said the first thing he wanted to do was take care of the front eight teeth. And so from that moment on, I was on the road to better self-esteem and appearance and wasn’t afraid to smile no more. That right there does a lot for a person.
Man 2: Never before has anyone complimented my smile. I had three root canals and three crowns and I think I had maybe six or seven veneers. Put the temporaries in and everything that particular day, and all of that just worked out perfect. And like I say, I’ve got compliments on my smile that I’ve never gotten before. It’s all been a good experience for me.
