Dr. Hay and his staff are one of the most talented and caring dental practices I have had the good fortune to experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental services. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable during your visits.

If you are ready to replace your missing teeth, you want your new smile as fast as possible. Dr. William E. Hay offers an advanced solution with All-on-4 dental implants in Paducah. This technique uses fewer implants to give you a fully functional arch of teeth in less time. As a result, you can:
- Enjoy your favorite foods again much sooner
- Replace teeth in your upper jaw, lower jaw, or both jaws
- Keep your customized teeth secure without adhesive
- Maintain a healthy and strong jaw
- Take care of your new teeth like normal
- Feel confident when you talk, laugh, and smile
Call 270-818-8388 for an appointment. Your dentist will help you determine which of our implant options is best for your smile. While teeth stay fixed in place following an All-on-4 procedure, you may prefer snap-in dentures that you can remove any time you want.
Replace a Full Arch of Teeth With Fewer Implants
The traditional technique of replacing a full arch of teeth with implants uses eight implants to replace your teeth. However, All-on-4 uses only four implants. It’s a more advanced way of getting a brand-new smile. In most cases, you won’t have to worry about surgical treatments to prepare your jaw for the procedure. In some cases, you can even get your implants and teeth placed on the same day.
Following an All-on-4 your new teeth stay fixed in place. You’ll keep them clean with regular brushing and flossing. If you’d prefer to get replacement teeth that you can remove, ask your dentist about snap-in dentures.
Here is what you can expect from the All-on-4 process:
- Planning – Dr. Hay will examine your mouth and use digital X-rays to determine if you are a candidate for All-on-4. Most patients won’t need procedures like bone grafting to boost their jawbone strength to support the implants.
- Placement – Dr. Hay will use computer-guided technology to place your dental implants. You’ll receive a set of temporary teeth, so you can leave our office with your complete smile.
- Permanent Smile – Your mouth will need time to heal before you receive your more permanent restoration. However, once it’s time, you will return to our practice for your new set of teeth. They will look and feel just like natural teeth.
If you feel nervous about the procedure, an anesthesiologist can come in to administer deep sedation. We’ll keep your mouth numb during treatment with local anesthesia. You can also relax with a blanket if you feel chilly.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hay and his staff, I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years because of past bad experiences and I was a nervous wreck going to the dentist. When I walked in I was met by Alisha who is so sweet and calming, then I met Nikki and together they got me calmed down, took my X-rays and then Dr. Hay came in explained everything I needed done and what options I had, I was so happy to hear they offered sedation. I needed lots of work and I was put under sedation, woke up and had a beautiful smile! If you want a dentist office that makes you honestly feel comfortable and relaxed go see Dr. Hay and his staff you will feel completely different about going to the dentist. I no longer have a fear and enjoy going to get a teeth cleaning.
Everyone is so nice!!! If you want to be treated with respect and have someone care about you. Go see Dr. Bay and his staff !!!
A great team of people gave me my smile back. Dr Hay did an amazing job!
All-on-4® secures a full row of fixed teeth using just four dental implants. Two of the implants are inserted vertically, while the other two are placed at specific angles toward the back. This placement ensures maximum stability without having to insert an implant for every tooth that needs replacement.
All-on-4 dental implants offer several advantages over traditional dentures, including better stability, improved chewing ability, and a more natural appearance. They are also easier on the jaw than other kinds of implant dentures and often less expensive.
Like other kinds of dental implants, those used in an All-on-4 procedure can last decades, or potentially for your lifetime. The restorations attached to your implants, however, will likely require replacement at some point. With care, your new teeth can last a decade or more. You can extend their life by taking good care of them. That includes following good oral hygiene practices, visiting us at least twice a year for checkups, and making positive lifestyle changes such as stopping smoking.
